SAMSAS - KONSTFACK ROOF LAB

This project focuses on designing and creating a tranquil outdoor environment
on the rooftop of Konstfack, where students and staff can coexist with non-human species and establish an educational space. Green roofs have been shown to provide new homes and hunting grounds for a variety of creatures, including beetles, spiders, and other invertebrates. The right type of green roof can also be crucial in providing butterflies, bees, and other pollen-dependent animals with a source of food.
This was a collaboration between Konstfack and Vasakronan.
